Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond Veloura’s control may not be attributable to Veloura.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging wherever applicable.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or are otherwise not in their original condition may not qualify for an exchange.
